How to join
Every membership starts with a joining detail, so your car begins from a clean baseline.
- Essentials and Signature members book a Standard Detail at the normal price.
- Elite members, and cars in heavy condition, book a Premium Detail at the normal price.
- Billing starts from the date of your joining detail, with your first maintenance visit two weeks later.
- No joining detail is needed if you've had a Standard Detail or higher with Jax in the last 30 days, or a ceramic coating.
Membership terms
- Minimum 3 month term, then month to month with 30 days notice.
- Unused visits don't roll over.
- If a membership lapses for more than 60 days, a new joining detail applies.
- Gold Coast and Tweed service area only.
- Billed monthly in advance by direct debit or card.

Interior work goes ahead. Exterior work moves to the next dry day, at no cost to you.
How long does a detail take?
An Exterior Refresh takes about 45 minutes and an Interior Refresh about an hour. A Standard Detail takes around 3 hours, Premium and Pre-Sale Details around 5, and ceramic work one to two days.
